This beautiful 3 acre tree-lined lake has a great head of 40lb. carp with an average landed being 41lbs. There are 3 known 60lb'ers whilst the largest is 68lbs. There are also a few cats to 100lbs. The average depth is about 1.75 metres with a scattering of deep holes which make great holding places.
The 5 star chalet is the perfect venue for the whole family, or those looking for extra comfort. You have sole use of the lake, chalet, and your own private swimming pool and hot tub.
The chalet (over-looking the lake), sleeps up to 6 people and comprises one large double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a large sofa bed. Maximum of three anglers.
We are well located for restaurants and recreational lakes with beaches, pedaloes , boating and water sports facilities. There are places of historical interest locally, including Roman Baths and several Chateaux. We have a list of Things To Do in the area - please ask.

There are some 20 acres of parkland around the lakes thereby offering plenty of scope for fishing guests (and their families!) to explore, whether they be interested in carp angling or not.
