Terms and Conditions
- All bookings will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of a completed booking form and a cleared payment of the deposit which is non-refundable
- The balance is due no less than 10 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. If payment is not made by the due date, we will consider this as a cancellation
- A security deposit is payable within one week of your holiday
- We reserve the right to withhold all or part of the security deposit if breakages or damages are discovered and if the accommodation and lake have not been left in a clean state. This does not limit the your liability to the us. You shall report without delay any broken or missing items, defects or breakdowns at the start of your holiday and any that occur during your holiday
- The number of people will be fixed at the time of booking. Any additions can only be made with permission of the owner before the start of your holiday
- You must be considerate and not act in a way that would cause disturbance other people and/or our neighbours
- To avoid disappointment, equipment hire, bait, and food packages, must be agreed 3-4 weeks before arrival and paid for on arrival (in € cash)
- Please ensure you have adequate holiday, health and accident insurance as we accept no responsibility for accident, injury or delays and cancellations unless it is a result of our direct action
- Any infringement of the rules will result in the termination of your holiday without refund
